The Mindset

Welcome to The Mindset, an educational programme brought to you by Dr. Selva Pankaj. The ideas in this programme are inspired by Dr. Pankaj’s studies at the London Business School, Harvard Business School, Oxford University and Stanford University in California,, and the ideas of Earl Nightingale, Napoleon Hill and Bob Proctor. Dr. Pankaj shares advice, stories and anecdotes that have inspired and shaped him, so you can become fulfilled and successful too. The ideas in this programme will bring order and success into your life. They will help you to achieve great things, regardless of what you choose as the direction and purpose of your life. They have evolved over centuries to form a roadmap which you can safely and successfully use to navigate your path.

The Mindset programme will enable you to answer the fundamental question of human existence: WHO AM I? This programme will introduce you to new ideas as well as familiar ones. You’ll learn how to use natural intelligence and understand the benefit of being constructively discontented.

Success is in reach with the right mindset.

How to complete this programme

• The Mindset is made up of 12 lessons. This is a form of asynchronous learning, so lessons can be watched at your own pace.
• At the end of each lesson there are tasks for you to complete, so that you can act on and consolidate what you’ve heard and start to make a change in your life.
• Repetition is key. We recommend that you watch the lessons more than once so that the key concepts are clearly understood, internalised and acted upon.
• There is a book that goes along with each of the lessons.
